Ancient Grains.  Meso-American drinking chocolate recipe in bar form. Turns Gran Chililique 62 into an absolutely wild chocolate!   Easy to love with wide appeal and depths of flavour, but very uncommon.   We've added a blend of Ancient Grains and Pulses to the recipe, to capture the essence of traditional drinking chocolate.  To our 62% dark milk, we add a special blend of millet, wheat, barley, rice, oats, soy and chickpeas.  Not commonly associated with speciality chocolate, but wait until you taste it!  
 
The chocolate is fudgey and chocolatey dark milk chocolate, with a bright tropical profile.   Tangy raspberry pate de fruit, and fresh, crunchy, roasted Macadamia pieces.   The Ancient Grains blend brings a gorgeous croppy aspect to the party.  They also make the liquor stiffen, meaning many of these boulders are even bigger than normal.  But you don't mind.
