The second smaller farm of Moises, called "los Robles" is located in Hermanas Mirabal
boarding Duarte province. While this area is home for more common hybrids, Moises
maintained the cacao trees of his grandparents. With tailored post-harvest, this results in a complex cacao with sweetness, spicy hint and tone of coffee.
 
Tres Pasos single farm microlot showcases a unique combination of aromatique notes of violet flower and rosewater combined with a gourmand base of pudding, vanilla and mokka.
